Our Network

Our mission to create community and grow healthy food starts with our network of gardens. They are core to our mission, what we do and we couldn't do it without them. Each garden is independently run by a Garden Leader that is supported by Friendship Gardens. Each garden donates a portion of their harvest to Friendship Trays, our local meals-on-wheels organization, delivering over 750 healthy meals every weekday.

Join Our Garden Network

Interested in starting a Friendship Garden in your community? Already have a garden and would like to join our network? We would love to talk to you. Each one of our garden partnerships are unique and fit both Friendship Gardens needs and the needs of the host site. There is no set amount of produce that you must donate. Friendship Gardens can help with garden design, consulting, initial volunteer build day, access to workshops, field trips and tours of Friendship Trays and our Demonstration garden on site, free seeds and often free plants. The host site is responsible general maintenance of the garden: planting, watering, harvesting, transporting harvest to Friendship Trays. If you would like to continue the discussion of a potential partnership please complete this online application and we will contact you soon.
